DON’T FEAR LOOSE SKIN!

I get messages everyday from girls who don’t want to lose weight because of it and I just want to reassure you that’s its really not that bad!. Although there are ways to naturally reduce loose skin there is no way to completely remove it without surgery (duh) so please keep it mind that loose skin is inevitable. You can absolutely tone but if you are or were a thicker size like myself, our skin was stretched much more then we realize so don’t be surprised to see your body changing.

  • Lift weights three days per week. Split your workouts into shoulders and arms, legs and back and chest. Train with a challenging resistance for four sets of 12 repetitions. The last few repetitions of every set should be hard to complete. If not, then you are not lifting heavy enough.
  • Eat nutrient dense foods like lean proteins to help build muscles, whole grains to increase energy and high-fiber fruits and vegetables to help keep you fuller longer and decrease calories.
  • Drink 1 gallon of water per day to help shed water weight caused by dehydration.
  • CARDIO
  • Use a collagen cream on your body. Collagen creams will help “fill” the skin, making it appear more firm, and will also increase the elasticity of your skin.
